These Terms and Conditions govern all purchases made through our website. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

1. Acceptance of Your Order

We require full payment for products, gift-wrapping services (if applicable), and delivery charges before accepting your order. We reserve the right to limit the quantity of products you may order or to decline an order entirely.

If you provide an email address, we will send an automatic confirmation email acknowledging receipt of your order. Please note, this does not constitute acceptance of your order. Your order is accepted only when:

We send an email confirming your order has been accepted and dispatched, or

The products are delivered to you.

Only upon acceptance is a binding contract formed between us.

2. Prices

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and include VAT at the applicable rate. Customers are responsible for any import duties or additional taxes required in the destination country.

Prices displayed remain valid until updated on our website. Delivery charges may apply and will be shown during the checkout process.

We also offer price displays in Euros, GBP, and other currencies. While exchange rates are updated daily, these are provided for reference only. We cannot be held responsible for discrepancies in exchange rates between the time of purchase and payment processing.

Although we strive for pricing accuracy, errors can occasionally occur. If a pricing error is identified for an item in your order, we will contact you as soon as possible. You may choose to:

Reconfirm your order at the corrected price, or

Cancel the order.

If we cannot contact you, the order will be treated as canceled, and any payment received will be refunded. We reserve the right to amend prices at any time.

3. Availability

Product availability is subject to stock levels at the time of ordering. If an item is unavailable, we will notify you (where possible) and refund the payment, including delivery charges for that item, within 30 days unless otherwise agreed.

4. Faulty or Defective Goods

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions affects your rights as a consumer under applicable laws.

5. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Hong Kong. By placing an order, you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hong Kong.
